Admission Procedure & Schedule

 

Admission Procedure for BDS courses under Management / NRI quota for the academic year 2014-15.

1. Application forms duly signed by Principal should be obtained from College Management office, Shimoga.
2. Duly filled application should be submitted to the college management office in Shimoga only with all related documents in stipulated time
3. All types of fees should be paid only in the college management office in Shimoga and should obtain the receipt for the same duly signed by the Chairman.
4. Admission order should be jointly signed by Principal, Subbaiah Institute of Dental Sciences and Chairman Tadikela Subbaiah Trust and should be submitted to College Management office in Shimoga for admission process.

Note: Any admission done without above procedure is invalid.
